Can I trade in my current vehicle?

If you’re looking for a quick trade without compromising on the value, you have come to the right place. We are all about providing you with a fair and proper offer. Trading in your vehicle can be a simple solution, helping you dispose of your current vehicle to upgrade or downsize to a new one. What should I bring to my appointment?

To purchase a vehicle, you would need to have your valid original Emirates ID and driver’s license.

 If you require time to arrange the funds to complete the purchase, reserve the vehicle by paying a non-refundable deposit.

I'm interested in a vehicle; can I reserve it?

Most certainly, if you wish to reserve a vehicle, pay us a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 2% of the total value. If you have a change of mind and you’re interested in another stocked vehicle, we can transfer that deposit for you.

What are my payment options?

To adhere to our standard of providing a comfortable and practical service, we offer flexible payment options. We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque and we can help arrange vehicle financing through a bank. We will complete the necessary paperwork for you to sign. Once the funds have cleared into our account, you can collect the vehicle from our location.

Can I have my vehicle delivered to me?

We deliver vehicles to your preferred location and chosen time for a fee depending on the location.

 To take advantage of this convenient service, inform us during the time of purchase for prompt delivery.

When orders are entered, they are evaluated to ensure that we are able to meet the requirements of a customer’s order. The customer is contacted if the order is unclear in any way, or if there are discrepancies between what we have quoted and what a customer has ordered. Once ready to ship, items are inspected for damage, part numbers are checked, and specifications are verified to ensure that items shipped meet specifications. Any discrepancies are resolved before shipment to the customer. In the unlikely event that problems do arise after an order arrives at a customer, a representative is assigned to the case to find the cause of and to take corrective action as needed. The cause and resolution are documented to help in preventing future problems.
