Buying genuine and Autoverse Engineered Caterpillar parts from outside the UAE is simple. We ship from our Sharjah warehouse across Africa, the GCC and beyond — and you have two trusted ways to pay. Most orders are confirmed within 24 working hours.

Share a part number, machine model, or a photo via WhatsApp or our quote form. Don’t know the number? Send a photo of the old part.
We quote & confirm
We confirm availability and send a quote plus a proforma invoice — genuine and Engineered options, with prices, warranty and freight.
You pay
Pay by bank transfer in advance, or have your UAE-based agent pay cash and collect on your behalf.
We dispatch
We hand the parts to your agent or freight forwarder with full export documentation, and you receive them in your country.
Pay by bank transfer
We issue a proforma invoice with our bank details and the agreed total. Once the advance transfer is received, we prepare and dispatch your order — simple, documented, and trackable.
Pay via your UAE agent
Many of our African customers work with an agent already based in the UAE. After we confirm your order, your agent pays in cash and collects from our Sharjah warehouse — or arranges onward freight for you.
Shipping, freight & documents
We dispatch from Sharjah with full export documentation. Use your own freight forwarder, your UAE agent, or ask us to recommend a carrier to your nearest port. Lead times depend on stock and destination — we confirm them on every quote. Free collection is available from our Sharjah warehouse.

Which countries do you ship to?
We already supply customers across East and West Africa, the GCC and beyond. If you operate Caterpillar equipment, we can almost certainly get parts to you — ask us about your country.
How do I pay from outside the UAE?
Bank transfer in advance against a proforma invoice, or via your UAE-based agent who pays and collects on your behalf.
Can I use my own agent or freight forwarder?
Yes — many customers do. Your agent collects from Sharjah, or we hand off to your nominated forwarder with the export paperwork.
Do you supply genuine and aftermarket parts?
Both. Genuine Caterpillar parts, and our own Autoverse Engineered line — manufactured to OEM tolerances with a 6-month warranty, at a lower price. You choose.
How long does it take?
In-stock items dispatch same day (before Friday 12:00 cut-off). We confirm lead time and freight on every quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum — from a single filter to a full container. Bulk and fleet pricing available on request.
